TRIPHALA GUGGUL
Triphala guggul is a herbal supplement prepared from triphala and guggul. ‘Tri’ means three and ‘phala’ means fruit. Triphala contains extracts from three fruits in powdered form: Emblica officinalis (Amlaki), Terminalia bellirica (Bibhitaki), Terminalia chebula (Haritaki). Guggul is a resin extract that is a mixture of two ayurvedic herbs. It works best on renal stones and urinary tract infections. It is widely used in ayurvedic treatment for piles since ages.
