For International Patients/Customers
Every country has its own shipping policy and restrictions on incoming packages from other countries. Please check with your specific country for any restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country on receiving of the package. In some countries, 3-4 % taxes are charged on delivery, which is rare but possible.
In case the package is not cleared by customs or not delivered because of any reason company is liable to refund once company receives the package back at its end. Company is not supposed to refund the shipping or other handling charges(ie. US $ 40).
For Indian Patients/Customers
In case of package returned with medicines and products in good condition within 7 days of package received at customer end, company will refund the amount paid by customer. Only the courier and handling charges(ie. Rs. 225/-) will be deducted as levied by courier company.
We have a strict NO REFUND POLICY if products are returned by customer after more than 10 days package received at customer end. If package was not delivered due to any reason, company is not liable for any refund. In that case company can resend the package again, customer just needs to pay courier charges.

A)THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
B) THE CUSTOMER HAS USED THE MEDICINE OR OPENED IT
C) CUSTOMER CHANGES MIND AND DOESN’T WANT TO TAKE MEDICINE
WE ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE IF YOU GET EXPIRED MEDICINE FOR WHICH COMPANY IS LIABLE TO REFUND.
