Ayurvedic Treatment for Throat Infections
Ayurvedic treatment for throat infections increases the immunity of patients to various infections & microbes. The herbs work at various levels in our body & they not only treat the root cause behind the disease but also develop one’s innate immunity. Patients having recurrent throat infections and sore throats, may take antibiotics or anti-virals which again lower immunity. But with Ayurvedic medicine immunity is increased & adjoining issues are also solved like sore throat, fever, cough, cold, etc.
One can definitely get a better response without taking any antibiotics & have only ayurvedic medicine to cure his/her throat infection to Asthma as well. I my self personally feel that Combination of all the three medicine given below increases the immunity to fight cold and also increases the 8th dhatu called ojas. Ojas is manufactured inside the human body & is also called the vitality/vigor on modern lines. It lies in Heart & it is present in the whole of the body. If it is not there then death is inevitable.
According to Ayurveda, Ojas is a special substance in our body that governs the aging process, immunity, radiant skin, vigor, mood, sleep, spirituality, physical strength & all metabolic activities. Ayurveda states, our digestive process takes at least 30 days to complete. Within those 30 days, food is ingested and eliminated, but nutritional benefits from the food help to make 7 major dhatus (tissues) of the body & ojas as well. The western world believes Ojas can be compared to the hormone melatonin, which is produced and secreted by the brain’s pineal gland. The pineal gland produces less and less melatonin as we age and this is directly linked to our vitality and immunity.
